Folks:
Stuff is happening so fast that I don't know what to write about, I am absolutely paralyzed by the number of things that are occurring.
I'll get back to you later in the week. I need time to watch and figure out what the hell is going on.
I do think that it is time to fill up all of the propane tanks and make sure that I have enough fuel.
Tomatoes need harvesting. Need to pull up the potatoes.
In other words, keep an eye on the big picture, but keep up on the little things.

The collapse is gaining momentum....
There will be no collapse. The concrete has just stopped being stirred and will now set.
The financial mobility available in the past has been cancelled.
We now have a caste based system, and you remain in your caste forevermore.
You could still probably marry into wealth for a decade or so, but social stratification will be achieved by geographical separation.
Where you go to school, what you wear, your accent, and your knowledge of 'social signal' issues will ensure your class.
