A fair assessment. Perhaps a bit optimistic in my humble opinion, but fair none the less... Once the real gravity of the situation finally hits home, there will be hell to pay for sure. Could get pretty bloody out there. Desperate people do desperate things, especially when they got nothing left to lose.....
