Pimps or Shills

pimp-daddy-purle.gif

CNBC, the Nightly Business Report, and MSNBC have built an entire structure around the idea that money is sacred.

They must be going through hell right now, their beliefs in something for nothing being challenged the way it is.  But what will really start to tell is when people will stop watching these pimps.  They sell hot air and commercial time for get rich quick schemes.  Hell,  look at the composition of their commentators.  Bald guys and bimbos.

The sooner these whorish swine are banished from the airways the better.  Please stop watching them now so that their ratings drop and they are one of the losses of the great depression that we won’t regret losing.

Even NPR (National Public Radio) is pretty much the same. It's Marketplace program is not much better than CNBC. It reifies and deifies ... MONEY!

Kind of sad that it may take much suffering for people to realize that money does not buy happiness. That it is a tool of exchange, and has no value outside of the human world and human values.

I think Jesus talked about that.

Jon Stewart once called MSNBC, Fox Business News etc. the "hot ladies talking money with bald dudes" channels; and noted how every time the Dow tanks, they do their multi-split-screen thing with twelve analysts' heads in separate boxes, all of them saying variations of "this is awful and it's like some terrible storm, and I don't know why it's happening but it makes me afraid." Then they cut to a "sell your gold jewelry for CASH" commercial....
