Pumpkin from last year




  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 8 eggs
  • 3 cups frozen pumpkin
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  •   2teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon dried ginger
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Mix up all of the wet ingredients in a bowl, toss in the spices

Mix up all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Mix the two together

Bake in a cookie sheet as a single layer for around 30 minutes at 375.
