Don't feel to bad. I wrote it two or three times. Every time it was ready, I would comeup with something new.
At the moment, the whole post is a little circular in its logic.
If I had to do it over I might emphasise that proximat = danger. Its not the imagined horde of strangers (or the U.N.) that will get you, its your neighbors which would include your local government.
